Exp. PTFE Sheet

Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making it a suitable sealing material in the food, beverage & pharmaceutical industries.  Our PTFE meets the standards for RoHs2.0, REACH, FDA21 CFR177.1550.  

Minimum Temp: -196°C; Maximum Temp: +260°C.  

Exp. PTFE Tape

PTFE Joint Sealant is an inorganic sealant for static applications made of 100% PTFE (Teflon).  The tape has adhesive on one side, is easy to work with and has excellent chemical  and corrosion resistance.
Minimum Temp: -180°C. Maximum Temp: +260°C. Pressure: up to 210 Bar (3000 psi)

Gylon 3500

A restructured PTFE material with a silica filler, Gylon 3500 provides improved performance over standard PTFE.  Suitable for strong acids, solvents, hydrocarbons, chlorine, steam & water.
Minimum Temp: -268°C. Maximum Temp: +260°C

Gylon 3504

Gylon 3504 gasket is made of PTFE with aluminosilicate microspheres. Suitable for use in moderate concentrations of acids, caustics, hydrocarbons & refrigerants. Minimum Temp: -268°C. Minimum Temp: +260°C

Gylon 3510

Gylon 3510 is a high performance, barium sulfate filled PTFE gasketing material. Suitable for use in strong caustics and toxic chemicals, such as chlorine & ammonia.
Minimum Temp: -268°C. Maximum Temp: +260°C
